HUD may require applicants to supply environmental information that is not otherwise available to HUD staff for the environmental review on an applicant's proposal for HUD financial assistance to develop or improve housing or community facilities pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and 24 CFR Parts 50 and 58. This information will be used to provide HUD with the requisite data to perform environmental reviews. No assurances of confidentiality are provided for this information collection.
