About
On February 7, 2025, President Trump issued an Executive Order establishing the White House Faith Office (“Faith Office”) to assist faith-based entities and houses of worship in their efforts to strengthen American families, promote work and self-sustainability, and protect religious liberty. The Center for Faith (“CFF”) at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) oversees HUD’s efforts to assist the Faith Office in carrying out the Executive Order and the Director of CFF shall report such efforts to HUD’s leadership and the Faith Office.
CFF engages with faith-based organizations (“FBOs”) and individuals seeking to communicate or partner with HUD (including those seeking religious liberty accommodations, exemptions, or protections), facilitates communication between the faith community and appropriate HUD team members, and empowers FBOs and houses of worship to serve families and communities by providing training, education, and connections that help religious entities procure grants and funding.
