On December 4, 2025, FHA INFO 2025-53 announced the posting of the Draft Mortgagee Letter (Draft ML), Increase in the Maximum Number of Draw Requests for Limited 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance Program.
To facilitate FHA's review and analysis of feedback, interested stakeholders are encouraged to thoroughly review the content of the draft ML and use the Feedback Response Worksheet to provide feedback through January 19, 2026:
