Albany Street Broken Arrow, OK 74012 Description: This in-person training provides tribal council members, housing commissioners, and TDHE staff with a practical working knowledge of NAHASDA along with the federal regulations that govern the IHBG program. Participants learn how these legal requirements apply to tribal ordinances, housing policies, TDHE procedures, compliance reporting, and ONAP monitoring. Exercises focus on translating the law into everyday responsibilities such as board actions, contracting, tenant selection, and maintenance.
