CoC Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity

The Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) targets efforts within CoC geographic areas to address and reduce the number of individuals and families experiencing homelessness by adding new units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) through new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation under the CoC Program.

Applications under this NOFO will be submitted via e-snaps by the CoC’s designated Collaborative Applicant and include:

• CoC Priority Listing; and
• Project Application(s).
