Updated SF Handbook Pre-Recorded Training Webinars. This series of nine pre-recorded training webinars cover the policies that mortgagees use for origination through obtaining a FHA insurance endorsement for Title II forward mortgages. The modules provide an overview of the policies and requirements contained in Sections II.A and II.D of FHA's Origination through Post-Closing/Endorsement for Title II Forward Mortgages section of the Single Family Housing Policy Handbook 4000.1.Industry Briefing Conference Call on March 1, 2018: An industry briefing call will be conducted on Thursday, March 1, 2018. Because of the technical nature of the information being disseminated, the call is geared toward FHA-approved servicers, although other stakeholders can dial-in if they so choose. During this call, FHA subject matter experts will provide a detailed overview of the provisions contained in the Mortgagee Letter.
