We've opened a new application period for owners of properties participating in Multifamily assisted housing programs to apply for $148.8 million in COVID-19 Supplemental Payment funding. The deadline for applications is February 21, 2023.

Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) accross the nation have leveraged RAD to obtain $15 billion in financing for the construction, rehabilitation, and preservation of more than 185,000 deeply affordable rental homes for low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities since 2013.
