  • PIH Notice 2021-25 (8/20/2021):  Emergency Housing Vouchers – Voucher Management System and Financial Data Schedule Reporting Requirements - This notice updates the reporting guidance found in Notice PIH 2021-20 “Emergency Housing Vouchers – Household Reporting Requirements” and in Section 15 of Notice PIH 2021-15 “Emergency Housing Vouchers – Operating Requirements,” and sets forth the reporting requirements for Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) to report Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) data into the Voucher Management System (VMS) and the Financial Data Schedule (FDS)
  • PIH Notice 2021-23 (7/21/2021):  American Rescue Plan Act –  This notice describes eligible categories of funding adjustments, the allocation methodology, public housing agency (PHA) eligibility requirements, and application instructions. The application process and calculation methodology described in this notice supersedes those provided in PIH Notice 2021-10. Sections 13 and 14 of that notice provide detailed information on the 2021 HAP set-aside and 2020 HAP set-aside, respectively
  • PIH Notice 2021-20 6/30/2021):  Emergency Housing Vouchers – This notice revises the reporting guidance in Notice PIH 2021-15, the Emergency Housing Vouchers – Operating Requirements Notice, and sets forth new requirements for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) to report Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) household data into HUD’s existing Information Management System/Public Housing Information Center (IMS/PIC) system. This notice also updates the EHV administrative fee eligibility requirements with regard to reporting in IMS/PIC
  • PIH Notice 2021-15 (5/05/2021):  Emergency Housing Vouchers – Operating Requirements - These EHVs are to assist individuals and families1 who are experiencing homelessness; at risk of experiencing homelessness; fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking; or were recently homeless and for whom providing rental assistance will prevent the family’s homelessness or having high risk of housing instability. 
  • PIH Notice 2021-10 (3/24/2021):  Implementation of the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2021 Funding  for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, and Availability of FFY 2020 Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Set-Aside Funds for Second Round Per Unit Cost (PUC) Increases due to Unforeseen Circumstances - This notice also sets forth the second-round application process for HAP set-aside funds remaining from the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (P.L. 116-94, hereafter referred to as “the 2020 Act,” enacted on December 20, 2019) for per unit cost (PUC) increases that occurred in calendar year (CY) 2020 as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • PIH Notice 2021-08 (1/28/2021):  Financial Reporting Requirements for the Housing Choice Voucher and Mainstream Voucher Program Submitted through the Financial Assessment Subsystem for Public Housing (FASS-PH) and the Voucher Management System (VMS).   This notice clarifies the financial reporting requirements including CARES Act funding and expands on the FASS-PH submission deadlines incorporating consistent administrative actions for noncompliance circumstances for those PHAs that administer the HCV and the HCV-related programs listed in Section 10 of this Notice
