Reporting Batch File Transmission Problems for Single Family Premium Payments

If you are experiencing difficulty in transmitting upfront or monthly (periodic) mortgage insurance premium payment batch files to HUD's Secure FTP server, call HUD's information technology services (HITS) Help Desk at 1-888-297-8689. After the recorded message starts, press 9.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your HUD Xnnnnn ID for logging on to the Secure FTP server.
  • The group to which the request should be directed: IT Data Center, SysAdmin.

HITS Help Desk personnel will record the information and contact the appropriate technical personnel. You will be given a ticket number for tracking the resolution of the problem.
