January 2018 Update

Updated the Application for Mortgage Insurance Benefits [Claim] Transaction Set (TS 260) documentation to indicate an additional Property Damage Code. The additional Property Damage Code is '08', which indicates Hurricane, is mapped to the REC03 element [Block 26].  

 

April 2017 Update

Updated the Application for Mortgage Insurance Benefits [Claim] Transaction Set (TS 260) documentation to indicate the FCL01 [Block 29] and FCL02 [Block 28] elements are not applicable for a Claim Type 07.  

 

August 2016 Update

Updated Mortgage Loan Default Status Transaction Set (TS 264) documentation to include the new Delinquency Default Status (DDS) code of '96' effective September 1, 2016.

 

January 2015 Update

Updated the Application for Mortgage Insurance Benefits [Claim] Transaction Set (TS 260) documentation to indicate that for Claim Type 07 [Pre-Foreclosure Sale], Block 9 (Approval to Participate Date) and Block 10 (Pre-Foreclosure Settlement Date) are Mandatory per instructions provided in Appendix A of the HUD Mortgage Letter ML2008-43.  The Date/Time Qualifier Code (DTP01) of '904' is used to identify the Approval to Participate Date and the Date/Time Qualifier Code of '561' is used to identify the Pre-Foreclosure Settlement Date.

 

August 2014 Update

Updated the Mortgage Record Change and Termination Transaction Set (TS 266) documentation to indicate as of October 1, 2014, Voluntary Terminations are not allowed through the EDI X12 process.  A Voluntary Termination is identified as a '106' code that is mapped to the API03 element. Refer to Mortgagee Letter 14-13.
