Section 232 Program Questions and Answers

What started as a collection of Frequently Asked Questions has evolved into a large knowledgebase of information. There are over 100 topics regarding the 232-loan program separated into 12 categories.

In addition, HUD's Office of General Counsel (OGC) has established a website to display legal related questions and answers to the new Section 232 Healthcare Facility Documents.
