Asset Management Portfolio Assignments Regional Leadership Program Information
HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing is transforming its business model to better serve its customers and improve its risk management. Multifamily's operating model in the Midwest is now regionally based with divisions of Asset Management, Production, and Operations. The Multifamily Midwest Region serves the six states listed above, with its operations based in the Chicago Regional Center, the Detroit Satellite Office, and the Minneapolis Satellite Office. Four additional offices have Asset Management staff servicing assets and report as follows: Indianapolis to Chicago; Cleveland and Columbus to Detroit; Milwaukee to Minneapolis.
Multifamily Housing supports the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of multiple-unit housing through FHA mortgage insurance programs and preservation of affordable housing through Project-Based Rental Assistance and other programs.
