The Cities and Counties listed here, as well as the State of Minnesota, receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds annually. Many of these governmental entities also receive other types of HUD funding. Other Minnesota Communities, generally those below 50,000 in population, also receive HUD funds, which are passed through the state of Minnesota.
