Pay Off Request – HUD Secretary Held Mortgages

- The request must include the following:
- Ten-digit FHA Case number
- Property address
- Borrower's name
- Anticipated payoff date
- Requestor's contact information
- Instruction of where to send the payoff
- Borrower signed authorization form, Power of Attorney, or other documentation showing legal authorization, if applicable.
- Payoff statement expires 90 calendar days from the date of the statement
- Please allow up to 6 business days for the request to be processed.
