How can I get help from HUD during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, HUD has adjusted its normal operations. To ensure you receive a timely response, it is recommended to contact the HUD office nearest you. In California, offices are located in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Santa Ana. If leaving a voicemail, please include your name, address, contact number, and a detailed description of your needs.

Insures single family FHA loans and oversees the selling of HUD homes. The Santa Ana Homeownership Center serves the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
