     SUBJECT:  Relocation of the Title I Accounting and Servicing Division
 
            In Title I Letter TI-422 , we reported that the Title I
     Insurance Division was moving into new offices in the L'Enfant Plaza
     East Building, adjacent to the HUD Building in Washington, D.C.
 
            Effective June 28, 1993, the Title I Accounting and Servicing
     Division, which handles all Title I loan reporting, monthly billing
     statements, premium collections, loan transfers, claim payments, claim
     repurchases, and defaulted note collections, is also moving to the
     L'Enfant Plaza East Building.  Please advise all of your staff that
     work with the Title I program of the following changes:
 
            New Mailing Address for Reporting New Loans, Refinances and
            Loan Transfers, and for Correspondence and Checks on Claim
            Repurchases

            Please note that there is no change in the mailing address for
     initial claim submissions, which should be sent to P.O. Box 23999,
     L'Enfant Plaza Station, Washington, D.C. 20026-3999, and no change in
     the mailing address for supplemental claims, which should be sent to
     P.O. Box 44377, L'Enfant Plaza Station, Washington, D.C. 20026-4377.
     In addition, premium payments should still be sent to the lockbox in
     Atlanta, Georgia.
