      SUBJECT:  Relocation of the Title I Insurance Division
 
             Effective April 8, 1993, the Title I Insurance Division in
      Washington, D.C. is moving to new offices in Suite 3214 at 490
      L'Enfant Plaza East, S.W., which is adjacent to the HUD Building.
      Please advise all of your staff that work with the Title I program of
      the following changes:
 
             New Mailing Address
 
                         Title I Insurance Division
                         451 Seventh Street, S.W., Room B-133
                         Washington, D.C.  20410
 
             New Telephone Numbers
 
                         Division Staff         202-755-7400
                         FAX Machine            202-755-7445
 
             Within the next few months, the Title I Accounting and
      Servicing Division, which handles all Title I loan reporting, monthly
      billing statements, premium collections, loan transfers, claim
      payments, and defaulted note collections, will also be moving to 490
      L'Enfant Plaza East.  We will notify you of additional changes in
      mailing addresses and telephone numbers at that time.
