SEC-915 -- NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEMONSTRATION. 

 
 Section 123(g) of the Housing and Urban-Rural Recovery Act of 1983 (42
U.S.C. 5318 note) is amended to read as follows:
 
 "(g) To the extent provided in appropriations Acts, of the amounts
made available for assistance under section 103 of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974, $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1991 and
$2,000,000 for fiscal year 1992 shall be available to carry out this
section.".
