SEC-911 -- HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS. 

 
 Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42
U.S.C. 5309) is amended by adding at the end the following new
subsection:
 
 "(d) The provisions of this section and section 104(b)(2) which relate
to discrimination on the basis of race shall not apply to the provision
of assistance by grantees under this title to the Hawaiian Home
Lands.".
