SEC-541 -- DESIGNATION OF CERTIFICATE AND VOUCHER PROGRAMS. 

 
 (a) Certificate Program.-Section 8(b) of the United States Housing Act
of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437f(b)) is amended by striking "(b)(1)" and
inserting "(b) Rental Certificates and Other Existing Housing
Programs.-".
 
 (b) Voucher Program.-Section 8(o) of the United States Housing Act of
1937 (42 U.S.C 1437f(o)) is amended by inserting "Rental Vouchers.-"
after "(o)".
