Effective 30 days from the date of this mortgagee letter, this instruction is changed as follows: ... Enter the date the deed is recorded. If the mortgagee elects to accept a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, the deed must be recorded within one year from the date of default "with title being taken in the name of the mortgagee or the "Secretary."
