A completed copy of the enclosed transmittal form should accompany Form HUD-27011s. Please note that courier/express mail should only be used when circumstances do not permit the use of the regular mailing address. This service center is now equipped with an interactive voice response capability. You may obtain basic claim payment data by using a touchtone telephone. You must enter the first five digits of the holder or servicer number _____________________________________________________________________ 2 and the FHA Case Number to find out whether a claim was paid, the amount of the payment, when it was paid, and the mortgagee number of the payee. Up to 15 claims may be researched per call. The option to transfer to an operator for further assistance is also available. We would also like to remind you about the procedures for filing negative Part B conveyance claims. Please do not send a check with an original Part B claim with a net negative balance.
