       TO:  ALL APPROVED MORTGAGEES
       SUBJECT:  Transfer of Loan Management and Property Disposition
                   Responsibilities
 
            Effective May 1, 1989, in addition to insuring new loans
       within its jurisdiction, HUD's Orlando Office now administers
       single family loan servicing and property disposition
       functions for properties located within the borders of Orange,
       Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, St.
       Lucie, and Okeechobee Counties.  The Tampa Office formerly
       included these counties in its service area for post-
       endorsement activities.  This transfer of responsibilities
       will permit lenders to communicate directly with the Orlando
       Office on these matters.  The FHA case number office code
       prefix for mortgages originating within the Orlando Office
       jurisdiction is 094.
