TO     :  ALL APPROVED MORTGAGEES
SUBJECT:  Mortgage Record Change Key Punch Instructions
 
     Mortgagees reporting bulk mortgage record changes (25 or more)
are encouraged to use prepared ADP cards rather than listings or
individual HUD-92080 (Mortgage Record Change) forms if their card
punch equipment is compatible with HUD equipment.
 
     Outstanding key punch instructions, previously furnished by HUD
in accordance with instructions in HUD Handbook 4110.2 , The
Mortgagees' Guide Home Mortgage Fiscal Instructions, Chapter 8,
Paragraph 8, are obsolete due to the enlargement of the field for the
Original Mortgage Amount.  New Instructions will be furnished upon
request to the Director, Mortgage Insurance Accounting, Department of
Housing and Urban Development, 451 7th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.
20410, Attention:  Billing and Receivable Division.
