We believe strongly in plain language—and not just because the Plain Writing Act of 2010 compels us. We promise to do everything we can to keep the content on this site (along with content you may receive from us through other channels), as easy to understand as possible. We do this by training our team on what plain writing is, building plain writing compliance into our business model, furthering our plain writing implementation plan, and perhaps most importantly, hearing from you when you think something we’ve written could use some improvement.
