FedBizOpps contains sources sought, synopses, presolicitation notices, solicitations, request for proposals, request for quotations and awards.
Forecast of Contracting Opportunities (Forecast)
The Forecast contains HUD's proposed contracting opportunities for the current fiscal year. The Forecast, updated and released monthly, provides a contract description, dollar value, point of contact and acquisition strategy for each contract opportunity.

Simplified Acquisition Opportunities
The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (NDAA 2018) (Public Law 115-91) (Section 805) increased the simplified acquisition threshold for federal acquisitions to $250,000. Learn more about HUD's simplified Acquisitions.
System for Award Management (SAM)
The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. All current and potential government vendors are required to register in SAM in order to be eligible for contract awards and payments. There is no fee to register for this site. Vendors are required to complete a one-time registration and renew it annually to remain active.
Attend Small Business Outreach Events
Federal agencies provide opportunities for small businesses to market their products and services to agency staff. Opportunities include procurement conferences, workshops, seminars and trade fairs.
