Class size is limited and applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the maximum class size is reached, no more applications will be processed.

Inspector NSPIRE Training
  • Designed for inspectors who are interested in becoming certified to conduct REAC inspections.
  • Introduces inspector candidates to HUD's NSPIRE physical inspection protocol and procedures.
  • Must have general computer skills and documented experience as an inspector to register for the training session.
  • To register for this course, follow the registration instructions.
Online Training
  • Developed for HUD Field Offices, property owners/agents, and representatives from Public Housing & Multifamily properties.
  • Introduces participants to HUD's NSPIRE physical inspection protocol and procedures.
  • To register for this course, follow the registration instructions. Fill out the information as appropriate for non-certification training.
