REAC UPCS Inspector Certification Training Program is designed for those who have an extensive physical inspection background and are interested in becoming certified to conduct REAC UPCS inspections.

Also, the online training is for anyone interested in knowing how to get a property ready for a REAC inspection. Such as, but not limited to: Owners, Public Housing Authority, maintenance, etc.

REAC UPCS Training/Certification Testing Classes

Virtual Class Dates: Jan 25 – 27, 2022 | Feb 1 – 3, 2022
Time: 4:30 – 7:30 pm (EST)
Phase II – Field Training/Certification Testing: Feb 7 – 11, 2022
Location for Phase II: Phoenix, AZ
Registration: Now – Jan 14, 2022

LMS: Students must be 100% complete with LMS by COB 5:00pm (EST) on Jan 19, 2022, to qualify for Virtual Classes & Phase II

*NOTE: In preparation for the certification test, inspector candidates can register and access certification training material available on the learning management system (LMS). See LMS registration details below.

*NOTE: Locations and future dates are subject to change or be canceled due to Coronavirus or other issues outside the control of the REAC UPCS Training Team.

Class size is limited and applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Once maximum class size is reached, no more applications will be processed. 
*NOTE: Contract Inspectors will have top priority for seats in a class.
