REAC NSPIRE Training for Inspectors & Individuals Interested in HUD REAC's NSPIRE Physical Inspection Protocol & Procedures

*NOTE: Locations and future dates are subject to change or be canceled due to issues outside the control of the REAC NSPIRE Training Team.

Class size is limited and applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the maximum class size is reached, no more applications will be processed. 
*NOTE: Contract Inspectors will have top priority for seats in a class.
Inspector NSPIRE Training
  • Designed for inspectors who are interested in becoming certified to conduct REAC inspections.
  • Introduces inspector candidates to HUD's NSPIRE physical inspection protocol and procedures.
  • Must have general computer skills and documented experience as an inspector to register for the training session.
  • To register for this course, follow the registration instructions.
Online Training
  • Developed for HUD Field Offices, property owners/agents, and representatives from Public Housing & Multifamily properties.
  • Introduces participants to HUD's NSPIRE physical inspection protocol and procedures.
  • To register for this course, follow the registration instructions. Fill out the information as appropriate for non-certification training.
