Spring/Summer 2012 & 2019 Training in 2012, the training was held in Newark, NJ. In 2019, the training were held in HUD HHQ/District of Columbia, San Antonio TX , San Francisco CA, and Atlanta, GA

Limitations on Use of Training Manuals and Source Documents accountants, auditors, and other financial staff of the PHA are encouraged to use the training manuals when preparing and reporting their annual financial information to HUD. In using the training manuals, users should note that the training manuals were developed based on the HUD guidance. Therefore, users are cautioned that certain sections of the training may be subsequently superseded by newer guidance or changes to the FASS-PH system
