General Information
Spartanburg Housing (SHA) currently administers approximately 550 public housing units and 2,550 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status
SHA was selected as an MTW agency in 2022 through the Landlord Incentives Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. SHA's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2043.
