General Information
Housing Authority of the City of Pocatello (PHA) currently administers approximately 50 public housing units and 750 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status
PHA was selected as an MTW agency in 2021 through the MTW Flexibility for Smaller PHAs Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. PHA's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2042.
