Harrisonburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (HRHA) currently administers approximately 950 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status

HRHA was selected as an MTW agency in 2021 through the MTW Flexibility for Smaller PHAs Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. HRHA's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2042.
