General Information
Housing Authority of the City of Dothan (DH) currently administers approximately 100 public housing units and 1,650 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status
DH was selected as an MTW agency in 2022 through the Landlord Incentives Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. DH's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2043.
