HCV Overview Video Series These short videos are intended to help viewers understand the foundational elements of HCV program administration.  The videos cover topics such as payment standards, the funding process, the Two-Year Tool (pause for applause), success rates, etc. 
Utilization Tools This Excel workbook contains links to videos that walk the user through the Two-Year Tool and other technical resources available on the HCV Utilization Tools Site.  
HCV Utilization Training: Financial Management and Best Practices These webinars are intended to assist public housing authorities (PHAs) with the financial management of their voucher programs.
PHA Best Practices During COVID-19 Best practices, recommendations, and solutions related to improving operations, program compliance, and financial management during the COVID-19 pandemic.  
PHA Asset Repositioning Post Closing How-To Videos The goal of the video series is to explain and discuss common issues and activities that occur post-repositioning. These videos are particularly helpful for RAD-PBV management 
Public Housing Repositioning Webinar Series  This webinar series is intended to help PHAs with address common issues in repositioning Public Housing.  Several videos focus on PBV program requirements.
PHA Owned Units and PBV HOTMA Provisions This is a video series intended to help PHAs understand the requirement of PIH Notice 2017-21 (Implementing HOTMA).  
Landlord Participation  This video series provides tips and resources for improving HCV landlord participation and satisfaction. 
Lead the Way Lead the Way is a free, online self-paced training to help Public Housing Agency (PHA) boards and staff fulfill their responsibilities in providing effective governance and oversight. (There are HCV-specific trainings.)
Moving On This series of eight webinars introduced participants to the tools and resources they need to develop and implement Moving On strategies and programs, which help tenants who wish to move on from supportive housing. 
Project Based Vouchers (PBV) Subsidy Layering Review (SLR) Briefing / Tutorial This video offers a thorough overview and documentation of the latest PBV SLR application requirements for HUD HQ or Housing Credit Agencies. It covers the HUD HQ review process, important factors to consider, common challenges, and best practices for a streamlined application process that benefits all involved parties.
