Eviction Prevention and Stability Toolkit

This toolkit was last updated on June 30, 2021 to reflect CDC guidance. Building on innovative practices from Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) and existing HUD guidance, the updated toolkit offers information and resources to PHAs and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) landlords on ways to stabilize families during and after COVID-19. The updated toolkit includes 10 attachments with links to a PHA best practices guide, tenant brochure with tips to avoid eviction, HCV landlord flyer to encourage engagement with tenants before the CDC moratorium expires, repayment agreement guidance and examples, a needs assessment tool, and HUD’s ERAP FAQs.
