Training Description
This Fair Housing Accessibility First training curriculum focuses on training learners on the Fair Housing Act's requirement 1: accessible building entrance on an accessible route. Participants will become familiar with the design specifications, requirements, and restrictions for providing an accessible route to an accessible building entrance.

- The Fair Housing Act design and construction requirements
- Detailed specifications for Requirement 1: Accessible Entrance on an Accessible Route
- Site Impracticality and relevant tests that can be applied to ensure compliance
- Types of facilities that are covered and must have an Accessible Route

Test Your Knowledge
Once you have completed the training, you can take the test for this training. The test consists of 10 questions, and an 80% score is required to pass. Upon passing the test, a certificate of passing will be emailed to you within 15 minutes.
