HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) will conduct a webinar on Closeout for HOME, HTF, and HOME-ARP Grants.

This webinar will familiarize HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and HTF grantees with instructions and requirements for closing out HOME, HTF, and HOME-ARP grants in HUD’s Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS).

This webinar will cover: 

• legislative and regulatory requirements for grant closeout; 
• process, timeline, and roles and responsibilities for closing out grants in IDIS; and
• tips for PJs and grantees to prepare for grant closeout.
