Disaster Recovery Enhancement Fund

The Disaster Recovery Enhancement Fund (DREF) was a $311,602,923 set-aside under the disaster recovery supplemental appropriation P.L. 110-329: Consolidated Security, Disaster Assistance, and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2009. DREF awards were finalized in 2011.
