The 2020 CDBG-DR Notice Overview webinar provides an overview of 2020 notice (AAN & the Consolidated Notice: 87 FR 6364). The webinar explains the difference between the Consolidated Notice & Allocation Announcement Notice (AAN), reviews Sections I through V in the Consolidated Notice, and reviews all the Sections of the AAN.
NOTE: This presentation was published before HUD issued the “2020 and 2021 CDBG-DR Notice (87 FR 31636),” but the information in this training applies to both 2020 and 2021 CDBG-DR Grants.
