Statement of Acting HUD Secretary Adrianne Todman in Commemoration of Memorial Day and National Military Appreciation Month
WASHINGTON - Today, Adrianne Todman, the Acting Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued the following statement on the commemoration of Memorial Day and National Military Appreciation Month:
“In honor of Memorial Day and Military Appreciation Month, I join President Biden, Vice President Harris, and leaders across the Biden-Harris Administration in recognizing the contributions, the sacrifice, and the commitment of members of the U.S. Armed forces. As the leader of HUD, I also reaffirm our agency’s dedication to providing access to safe and affordable housing to all those who serve and their families, as we strive to reach our goal of ending veteran homelessness.”
