This page is only for users who currently have a working version of the HECM client software loaded on their PC.
For a fresh install of the HECM client software please go to the HECM Installation Instuctions Page
To upgrade to version 1.5.1 of the HECM client software, please download both files listed below.
These files should be copied into the directory where the HECM software is currently installed. The default installation directory is
"c:\program files\hecm". If you used the defaults during the installation process, then you should copy the four files below into your
"c:\program files\hecm" directory.
The following files should be downloaded to upgrade to HECM Version 1.5.1:
The first time you run the program after the upgrade, you may see a pop-up message which reads "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?"
You should unclick the check box labled "Always ask before opening this file" and then click "Run"
