The following training materials and documents are currently used in the UPCS Inspection Training sessions:

• Inspection Software - Public Version: The Physical Inspection Data Collection Device (DCD) software is used by REAC Certified inspectors to record and submit conditions of HUD properties into a centralized database. The public version of this software is available to all. To learn about the public version of the DCD software (2.3a), click here.
• DCD 2.3a Public Version User Guide:
  The purpose of the user guide is to demonstrate how to use the data collection device (DCD) to conduct a physical inspection. To view the guide click here.
• Final Dictionary of Deficiency Definitions (PASS) Version 2.3 3/8/00
  The Dictionary of Deficiency Definitions DCD Version 2.3, includes the definitions found in the DCD 2.3 and the DCD 2.3a (Public Version) software. Click here to view and print.
