Warning! The main database download replaces the main database on the DCD used for storing information for the PASS program. If there is any information in the database being replaced and it has not been copied to another location, that information will be lost.

The file (mdb23.exe) is downloaded in a self extracting .zip format. Once downloaded, you run (double-click) the file and it will place the database in the proper location on the DCD.
