FASS-PH Release 9.0.0.1

The HUD PIH REAC Financial Assessment Subsystem for Public Housing (FASS-PH) is in the process of changes to accommodate Asset Management reporting. Beginning in 2009, there are now two FASS-PH systems available. The legacy system remains operational and will process all submissions for fiscal year ending on, or before 03/31/2008. The new FASS-PH system will process all submissions for fiscal year ending on 06/30/2008 and beyond.

FASS-PH Release 9.0.0.1 was available to all users on January 12, 2009. This is the first in a series of releases to implement Assessment Management reporting in the FASS-PH system. This release includes creating unaudited submissions by submitting the completed MS Excel Financial Data Schedule tool as an attachment in the FASS-PH system.

Below you will find two user manuals. The previous user manual is unchanged and contains all the chapters. The new user manual is a quick reference guide designed to quickly walk the user through the process of creating and submitting financial data using the new FASS-PH system.
