New Business Functions Supported by this Implementation expands the capability of FASS-FHA.
The following functionality changes are implemented as part of this release:

• Created new versions of the IG 2000.04 and OMB A-133 templates that will include all the new accounts (2125, 2306, S1200-115, 6580 and S3100-235) that apply to a leased nursing home's electronic financial statement.
• Modified business rule for account 2122T to add new account 2125.
• Modified business rule for account 2300T to add new account 2306.
• Modified business rule for account S1200-230 to new add accounts S1200-115.
• Modified business rule for account 6500T to add new account 6580.
  
  
• Modified account description for all m2m accounts.
• Removed "(m2m)" in the description.
• Modified business rule error message for all M2M accounts below: Removed (m2m) description for the following accounts: S1300-200, S1300-210, S1400-240, S1400-250, S1900-040, S1900-060, S1900-080, S1900-100, S1900-120, S1900-140, S2300-020, S3800-010.

• Added new business rule for account 2331.

• Added new account 2114, Incentive Performance Fee Payable to the Balance Sheet Accounts.

• Added new account 1138 (Allowance for Doubtful Accounts (Medicare/Medicaid/other insurance)).
• Added new account 1137N (Net Medicare/Medicaid/Other Insurance Receivable) for all submission types.
  
  
• Added account S2900-035 (Title of Certifying Official #2).
• Modified account S2900-025 to change title from Title of Certifying Official to Title of Certifying Official #1 for all submission types.
  
  
• Modified S2900-010 (Mortgagor's Certification - Narrative) and S3000-010 (Managing Agent's Certification - Narrative) to provide standard text for all submission types.
• Added new business rule for account 1137N.
• Added new business rule for account S2900-035.
  
  
• Modified business rule for account 7190: removed account 7105 in the calculation.
• Modified business rule for account 1100T. Rule ID 521 combines rule id 484 and 485.
• Modified business rule for account S1400-180. Fixed rule text, removed rule id 467 and replaced with rule id 541.

• Added new account and dropdown values for accounts 1140-005, 1145-005, 1190-005 and 1590-005.
• Added new account 9720T to store values for the dropdown combination.
• Added new and modified business rules for accounts 1140, 1145, 1190 and 1590.
• Added new business rule for account 1140-010, 1145-010, 1190-010 and 1590-010.
• Modify the Assessment batch to add the calculation for accounts 1140, 1145, 1190 and 1590.
• Reconfigured compliance checks for accounts 1140, 1145, 1190 and 1590.
  
  
• Modified application to allow lessee operator to access and submit an electronic financial statement independent of the owner's electronic financial statement.
