Customer Satisfaction Survey
REAC offers residents of PHA's the opportunity to rate their management and property conditions by use of a random sample customer satisfaction survey.

PHAS
Annually, scores from physical, financial, management and resident satisfaction assessments are combined to form a single PHAS score for each PHA.
