 -   On April 30, 2004, Release 5.1 of the FASSUB system was put into production. New Business Functions Supported by this Implementation expands the capabilities of FASS-FHA. Review the following functionality changes implemented as part of this release.

 -   Guidelines on Reporting and Attestation Requirements of Uniform Financial Reporting Standards (UFRS) See guide.

 -   Unique IPA Identifier (UII) and Auditor validation of submission data required when submitting audited financial information to REAC. Want to know more about the UII and Auditor Validation requirements.

 -   On June 5, 2002, the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Multifamily Housing Programs issued Submissions and Review Requirements and REMS Data Dependences for Annual Financial Statements. Over the past several months, management decisions have been made regarding a variety of issues involving the submission of annual financial statements (AFS). This document is intended to provide guidance, clarification and instructions regarding financial statement submission and review requirements, overdue tracking, extensions, waivers, deferments, etc.
