Erroneous or Modified Development Status

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

This can occur when a new development is not yet in management status. In this case, submit documentation of the DOFA date to the field office, which will enter it in PIC, thereby transferring it to management status.

This can also occur when a new development is no longer in management status (all of its buildings, units and land have been removed from inventory) and it is ready for termination from active status. It is the very last step in the life cycle of a development. When all of the legal documentation has been completed in accordance with 24 CFR , submit copies to the Special Applications Center (SAC) and request that the development be terminated.
