Erroneous or Modified Development Number

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

This situation applies when the development number is changing but the buildings and units within the development are remaining. (Changing an asset management configuration is covered here).

Fill in all parts of the Edit Development Number spreadsheet template (one row per development) and submit it to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) by email. The TAC will assign it to a System Superuser, who will review the template for accuracy and completeness then submit it for processing by the maintenance team. You will be notified when this has been completed.

Note: You will be asked at some point to provide documentation to justify the change. REAC will request concurrence of your Field Office Director. Once properly authorized, a HUD System Superuser will complete the change.
