Fill in all parts of the Delete Unit spreadsheet template
and submit it to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) by email.
You will be asked to justify why this is a duplication. The TAC will assign it
to a System Superuser, who will review the template for accuracy and completeness
then submit it for processing by the maintenance team. You will be notified when
this has been completed.
Deleting units is only intended
when the unit never existed or the unit is duplicated somewhere else in the data. Sample
Delete Unit template. All columns except comments must be filled in, one unit
per row. Include only duplicate units to be deleted. They must be vacant at the
time.
