Duplicate Building Entries

 Information by State
 Print version

Fill in all parts of the Delete Building spreadsheet template and submit it to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) by email. You will be asked to justify why this is a duplication. The TAC will assign it to a System Superuser, who will review the template for accuracy and completeness then submit it for processing by the maintenance team. You will be notified when this has been completed.

Deleting buildings is only intended when the building never existed or the building is duplicated somewhere else in the data.
Sample Delete Building template. All columns except comments must be filled in, one building-entrance pair per row. Include only duplicate buildings to be deleted. They must be vacant at the time and the units must be removed first.
